Numerous common profiles are available from existing tooling which could be small section extrusions up to large diameter Fender rubber, we can accommodate your special requirement with the production of new tooling from a sample or drawing.
Compounds that we frequently manufacture from include EPDM, Nitrile, Viton, Silicone, Natural and Neoprene.
Food grades, flame retardant, high and low temperature and steam resistant grades are also available as solid section, Sponge Rubbers and Polyethylene Foams.
Availability ranges from 3-5 days for items produced from existing tooling to approximately 3 weeks where a new profiled tool is required.
